Sooo, my family was displaced for over two months and had to stay here. We live in the area so were already familiar with the convenience of the nearby restaurants and shops… however the friendliness of staff completely caught us off guard!! Everyone from the front desk (Charlene and her whole staff), the ladies that help in the kitchen (Mrs. Tina and Mrs. Kathy) and the room service crew who kept our room immaculate, were all unbelievably warm and friendly. They all made what was a traumatic and stressful time for us, a little more pleasant. Leaving was bittersweet and we’ll definitely be back!!
